Charcoal Grilling Adds Flavor to Food

When grilling, would you rather just turn a knob or grapple with a pile of charcoal and a bottle of lighter fluid? The quick reply will most probably be ‘turn the knob’. The convenience that it presents is the biggest reason why people prefer gas grills. The fact that they are fitted with a thermometer gauge that will adjust the heat at the right temperature makes it even more convenient. Even an amateur can cook food to the right doneness.

Charcoal grills might mean more work but charcoal adds flavor to the food you are cooking. If you have the time and patience, grill with charcoal grills. Cookery stores carry a line of Brinkmann charcoal grills and smokers for every need. One is a double grill charcoal smoker with heat indicator and front hinged door. It converts easily to a charcoal grill.
