glass candle holder

I saw this demonstration on how to perk up the garden at night and decided to copy it. I made a few changes, though. Rather than hang each glass candle holder on tree branches, I tied them in a string and hang it against the fence. What a lovely sight. They looked like fireflies glowing in the dark.

In case you are in a creative mood, here is how you do it. Get some small drinking glasses and as many tea lights. Tie a metallic cord around each glass, providing an extra cord for hanging. You can either hang it individually or you can string the glasses in a length of metal cord and tie its two ends to a post of tree trunk. Be sure to make your ties as secure as possible to avoid breakage. Light your tea lights and enjoy!
