Espresso machines can be very expensive that is why it is important for you to take good care of it. The best thing to keep it in tip top shape is to use a decalcifier.

A decalcifier will remove the calcium and mineral deposit from your machine. If not done properly, your machine will not last long. It will also affect the taste of your coffee. Even if you have the most premium of Arabica coffee, it will taste different if you don’t clean decalcify your machine. Like all machines, espresso machines need maintenance to perform ideally. In the case of coffee makers and espresso machines this is called decalcification.
