wood wall clock

Moving into our new condominium unit meant having to add more furnishings. One thing my husband and I agreed upon was that we had to have wall clocks in all the rooms. We’re very casual at home and we only watches when we go out so having clocks everywhere kept us from being late for appointments and from missing our favorite TV shows. We also decided we’d get a wood wall clock to go with our mostly wood furniture. They just seem more sturdy.

Among our wedding presents were three different wall clocks. There was a plastic one, a metal one and a wood wall clock. A few days after we moved in our plastic wall clock fell to the floor and broke into two separate pieces. It didn’t bother us that much yet because we lived in a studio unit at that time. Two years later we moved into a two bedroom unit because we now had a new baby. The metal wall clock was placed in the nursery. Unfortunately after a couple of months, that clock too fell and broke. The only clock we have now is our wood wall clock which hangs on top of our TV set.
