Eastside mole control

Moles are considered agricultural pests because they contaminate animal fodder with soil particles making them unpalatable to livestock. In the common household, moles burrow lawns and raise molehills. In the process they destroy plants and damage drainage systems. The smarter moles will burrow tunnels and be able to access enclosed areas. They may not be as gross as rodents but they are a pain in the neck, nevertheless.

Moles cause damage to lawns and grasses as they tunnel away in search of food. Removing the food supply will force them to look for food elsewhere. This is how it works. Mole repellent is applied with water, simulating a rainstorm. This causes worms to move through the soil (where they’ll get coated with oil) toward the surface for air. When moles (who must consume their weight every three days) eat the coated worms, the castor oil enters their system. Nature takes its course; they won’t be able to keep any nutrients in their body, and will leave for untreated areas. This process of repelling the moles can take a few days to two weeks. If you need a professional to do this, pick up the phone and call an Eastside mole control.
