acrylic martini glasses

Springtime cocktail parties are great to hold outdoors during the early evening. Let the kids run around the garden while the adults enjoy the cool air out in the porch. Use acrylic martini glasses for serving drinks. This would eliminate the worry of cleaning up broken glasses later.

When mixing martini, remember to always use fresh ice. Keep everything as cold as possible including the shaker and glasses. Try out this banana cream pie martini recipe: combine 2 oz. light rum with ½ oz. crème de banana, ½ oz. Godiva Liquer and ½ oz. white crème de cacao into a mixing glass. Add ice, stir to chill then strain into a chilled martini glass.
