Serving drinks in their proper glasses could create a very good impression. It would make your guests feel very special. Serving a round of red wine on stemware could reflect your unspoken class and elegance. This is a type of drinkware that stands above a base on a stem. It is usually made of glass though some are made of metals and ceramics.

There are different kinds of stemware:

~Brandy snifters – short-stemmed with narrow top and wide bottom
~Champagne flutes – with tall and narrow bowl
~Cordial glasses – short-stemmed; for sweet fruit-flavored beverages
~Wine glasses – composed of the bowl, stem and base; available in different sizes
~Cocktail glasses – cone-shaped bowl, stem and a flat base; for martini
