Chandeliers
Grand lighting fixtures are imposing pieces that are easily the centerpiece of the dining or living area. Chandeliers used to be seen only in hotels, high end restaurants and mansions. Now, we find them in regular homes. Before, we just wondered how those monstrous pieces are being cleaned. Now, if you have a smaller version of the chandelier in your home, you have to know how to take care of cleaning it.
These lighting fixtures gather dust fast. Because of their intricate designs, it will be difficult to clean them out. Your best bet is to bring them to a professional and have them cleaned, but that will cost you a bit. If you are brave enough to attempt to do the job yourself, be sure to prepare yourself. Before you start with anything make sure that the switch is off. Then, study the structure. It is just a matter of taking out crystals and knowing how to put them back. Wash the pieces with soap and water. Wipe the base and metal work with a damp cloth. When everything is dry, put them back together again. You will be rewarded with the glow of clear light diffused by clean crystal pieces.
