We all need a good night’s sleep. This is what refreshes us and gives us energy to face another day. Lack of sleep can lead to poor concentration, irritability, and a lower threshold for stress. It can also lead to bigger health problems such as migraines and lowered immunity. A person who lacks sleep will also look unhealthy, with pale skin and dark under-eye circles.

Here are some tips to get a good night’s worth of sleep: 1. Take a warm bath. A bath in hot water will only wake you up more. 2. Don’t eat right before bedtime. That full feeling will not make you comfortable enough to snooze off. 3. Be mentally prepared. Tie up all those loose ends at the office or at home, so your mind is peaceful by the time you hit the pillow. And speaking of pillow, invest in quality sleep gear such as a good foam pillow that can cradle you comfortably through the night.
