How much rest we get at night affects everything we do during the day. This includes the execution of skills, our ability to learn and memorize, the way our body responds to stimuli and how quick our reflexes are. But mostly, whatever kind of rest we had will definitely affect our moods. According to experts, inadequate sleep can even trigger depression.

Everybody goes through a bout of insomnia every now and then. Resolve this problem by prepping your bedroom to induce sleep. Fluff a nice, soft pillow on your bed, dim the lights and play soft music after taking a long, hot, relaxing bath. You may also resort to drinking a warm glass of milk, just like you did during your childhood days.
